The workshop’s main objective was to enhance Anritsu’s Chinese cultural sensitivity and awareness while working with colleagues, clients and partners in Japan and the United States, and increase cross-cultural communication skills, especially the skills in dealing with Japanese and American cultures, and increase effectiveness and efficiency in the multicultural business environment.
