Dongfeng Motor Corporation is a Chinese state-owned automotive   manufacturing company headquartered in Wuhan, China. As well as buses, trucks,  and cars,it also manufactures parts and cooperates with foreign car  makers. As of 2011 it has more Sino-foreign joint ventures than any other  Chinese automaker.
It was the third-largest Chinese automaker in 2012 by production volume,  and Dongfeng manufactured over 3.2 million whole vehicles this year with  passenger cars comprising 87% of manufactures.The number of cars counted as  passenger vehicles conflates consumer offerings and light commercial trucks and  vans.
