(April 2011, Shanghai), AstraZeneca China asked 4stones consultant to design a program for its China Research and Development leaders to work and lead effectively in a multicultural business environment. The 40 program participants include AstraZeneca R & D leaders from China, Japan and UK. The program was well received by the participants.
AstraZeneca was formed on 6 April 1999 through the merger of Astra AB of Sweden and Zeneca Group PLC of the UK – two companies with similar science-based cultures and a shared vision of the pharmaceutical industry. As the largest multinational pharmaceutical company in the prescription market in China, AstraZeneca China has its headquarters in Shanghai, with 23 branch offices in major cities across China mainland, as well as one office in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
